The Herringbone chain is delicate and requires special care. Do not twist or bend the chain and always store flat in a jewelry box or the packaging it came in. General wear, certain activities (sleep/shower/exercise) and/or adding pendants onto the chain can cause permanent dents or breakage that cannot be repaired.
