Resizing Service
This service is only available for Gjenmi styles purchased at Gjenmi Studio or Gjenmi.com.
- Please include the original Order Number and any ring/custom length requests below
- Complimentary cleaning and polish
- Bracelets/anklets/necklaces can only be resized to a smaller size
- Extender chains available in 1/2” and 1”
- Rings are recommended to be resized up/down up to 1 size (wire band rings may be sized up to 2 sizes). The Karma, Moods and String of Diamonds rings are not able to be resized due to the design.
- Ring Resizing - Sizing Up: $48 Deposit PLUS Gold Fee
* Gold Fees vary from $78-$100+ depending on the nature of the resize.
Lead time is 2-3 weeks from the studio arrival date.
Shipping to and from Gjenmi Studio is not included — all pieces will be returned via UPS/USPS with Signature Required for a flat rate of $14.95.
Instructions for shipping your jewelry to us will be emailed to you separately. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the instructions in your inbox.
All service sales are considered custom work by Gjenmi Studios and are final sale. Items that cannot be repaired/resized will be sent back at the customer's expense. Additional fees may apply, depending on the nature of the request. Discounts not applicable.
