Repair Service
This service is only available for Gjenmi styles purchased at Gjenmi Studio or Gjenmi.com.
- Please include the original Order Number and any repair request notes below
- Kindly note, breakages in the NY Box and Herringbone chains cannot be repaired due to the delicate nature of their design.
Lead time is 2-3 weeks from the studio arrival date.
Shipping to and from Gjenmi Studio is not included — all pieces will be returned via UPS/USPS with Signature Required for a flat rate of $14.95.
Instructions for shipping your jewelry to us will be emailed to you separately. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the instructions in your inbox.
All service sales are considered custom work by Gjenmi Studios and are final sale. Items that cannot be repaired/resized will be sent back at the customer's expense. Additional fees may apply, depending on the nature of the request. Discounts not applicable.
